By using the Oranit Community platform you agree to the terms of service detailed below. If you do not agree to the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Permitted Use

The platform is intended for lawful use only. It may not be used to post offensive, misleading, or intellectually infringing content, or content intended to defraud other users.

3 User Account

Registering on the site requires providing truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and all activity occurring under your account. Report any suspicious use of your account immediately.

4 User Content

Content you publish (listings, reviews, images) remains your property, but you grant Oranit Community a license to display it on the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates the terms of service.

5 Transactions Between Users

Oranit Community is a platform only and is not a party to transactions made between users. We are not responsible for products, prices or the execution of transactions between buyers and sellers.

6 Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" without express or implied warranty. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate the terms of service, without prior notice. You may close your account at any time through your profile settings.

8 Changes to Terms

We may update the terms of service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after posting changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9 Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them shall be with the competent courts in Israel.
